I disagree with a charge that shows on my credit card

If there is a charge from bridgecomp on your credit card that you don't agree with, simply contact us to discuss the charge in question. If found that the charge in question is incorrect, a refund will be processed immediately. Please note that although refunds are processed immediately, it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

If the charge in question is valid and you initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider, bridgecomp will suspend your account until payment for the original amount has been received. Additional fees may apply to restore all account services.
