I see a late fee on my invoice. What is this?

Your invoices are due 30 days from the date it was issued. Late fees are assesed to your account once 30 days have passed and your invoice remains unpaid. Additional late fees are assesed to your account every 30 days that it remains past due. These fees are non-negotiable and must be paid in addition to your invoice.

Once a late fee has been assessed, it unfortunately cannot be voided. We encourage you to pay your invoices on time to avoid any and all late fees.

If you feel that you have been assessed a late fee in error, please contact our Billing Department using our help desk ticket system.
